Medicine Songs Album - Design & Illustration

Medicine Songs is an album by Katy Samwell, released under the Golden World Music Label of Malibu, California. Her music is comprised of tuning forks, crystal bowls, musical instruments and her own beautiful voice. My goal was to reflect the healing nature of the music by choosing to illustrate organic forms, use earth-toned colors, and ensure that the layout was balanced in every way. This album went on to become number 8 on Amazon iTunes new age album chart, number 2 new release on Amazon (behind Alanis Morissette’s new healing music album), and number 55 on Amazon new age album chart.
